Future Leaders Academy is a family-owned Montessori childcare centre for children aged six weeks to five years. The centre runs long day care and a kindergarten program in four age-specific rooms, and it opens from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. Our in-house chef cooks every meal on site, and the kitchen is 100% halal certified. Your daily fee covers meals, nappies, wipes, sunscreen, hats, bedding and every learning material your child uses.

Future Leaders Academy provides long day care services designed to support working families who need reliable, professional, and nurturing care for their children every day of the week. Our childcare programs run across four dedicated rooms, each focus into the developmental stage of the age group it serves.

Future Leaders Academy offers programs that include STEM learning, AUSLAN, language lessons, yoga, cooking sessions, and the Reading Eggs and Mathseeds literacy and numeracy platform. These programs build cognitive development, emotional development, social development, and school readiness into every child’s daily experience. We are approved for the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS), making quality early learning more accessible to families across the community. Language Lessons
Children learn language best when it feels like play. Our language lessons in Wollert use games, songs, and interactive activities to build vocabulary, communication skills, and cultural awareness. We offer Arabic lessons alongside English to grow well-rounded, globally minded little learners.
Yoga & Fitness
Healthy bodies support healthy minds, and we take that seriously. Our yoga and fitness sessions build physical strength, balance, and mindfulness in children through fun, age-appropriate movement. Every session supports gross motor skills, emotional regulation, and a positive relationship with staying active.

Our Mathseeds program turns learning into an adventure, helping children develop essential reading and maths skills through engaging, interactive lessons they actually look forward to every day.
STEM Learning

Our hands-on STEM program at our Wollert early learning centre encourages children to explore, experiment, and problem-solve in real time. AUSLAN Program
We believe every child deserves a voice, and AUSLAN gives children one more way to use theirs. Our AUSLAN program introduces Australian Sign Language to children early, building communication skills, empathy, and inclusion. At Future Leaders Academy, we grow children who understand and respect everyone around them.

Rising Leaders
Future Leaders Academy's Rising Leaders room provides a safe, sensory-rich environment designed to support babies and infants through the most critical early developmental milestones. Our qualified educators build cognitive development, motor skills, and emotional security from the very first day your baby joins us.
2 Years - 3 Years | Toddler
Brave Leaders
Our Brave Leaders room supports toddlers through a period of rapid growth in language, independence, and social skills through structured play and practical life activities. Educators in this room guide toddlers with patience and expertise, building confidence and emotional development through every activity and interaction.
3 Years - 4 Years | Pre-Kinder
Bright Leaders
Future Leaders Academy's Bright Leaders room delivers a pre-kindergarten program built on Montessori principles, sensorial learning, and child-centred discovery. Children in this room develop curiosity, focus, and early literacy and numeracy skills through hands-on experiences that prepare them for the next stage of learning.

Everything Your Child Needs Is Included
Future Leaders Academy provides an all-inclusive childcare and day care experience so families never face unexpected costs or need to pack additional supplies for their child’s day. Our centre covers all meals, snacks, nappies, wipes, sunscreen, sun-safe hats, and bedding as part of every child’s standard enrolment.
We provide nutritious, freshly prepared meals across morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea to support healthy development and active growing bodies throughout the day. Our early learning centre also provides all educational resources, special activity materials, and full access to our digital learning platform at no additional cost to families.

Future Leaders Academy is approved for the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS), which significantly reduces out-of-pocket childcare costs for eligible families. We meet or exceed National Quality Framework requirements:
