More Than Childcare, A Full Early Learning Experience

Future Leaders Academy offers programs that build cognitive development, emotional development, social development, and school readiness into every child’s daily experience. We are approved for the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS), making quality early learning more accessible to families across the community. This is what real early childhood education looks like.

Language Lessons

Children learn language best when it feels like play. Our language lessons in Wollert use games, songs, and interactive activities to build vocabulary, communication skills, and cultural awareness. We offer Arabic lessons alongside English to grow well-rounded, globally minded little learners.

Yoga & Fitness

Healthy bodies support healthy minds, and we take that seriously. Our yoga and fitness sessions build physical strength, balance, and mindfulness in children through fun, age-appropriate movement. Every session supports gross motor skills, emotional regulation, and a positive relationship with staying active.

Cooking Sessions

Children who cook build real-life skills they use forever. Our cooking sessions at Future Leaders Academy celebrate different cultures, teach healthy eating habits, and develop fine motor skills through hands-on food preparation. It is early childhood education that goes well beyond the classroom.

Mathseeds

Our Mathseeds program turns learning into an adventure, helping children develop essential reading and maths skills through engaging, interactive lessons they actually look forward to every day.

STEM Learning

Curiosity drives learning, and STEM is where curiosity comes alive. Our hands-on STEM program at our Wollert early learning centre encourages children to explore, experiment, and problem-solve in real time. Every activity builds critical thinking skills and prepares children for a world that runs on innovation.

Incursions & Excursions

We bring the world to our children and take them out into it too, with incursions like storytelling sessions, animal visits, and cultural performances at the centre, and excursions to local parks, farms, and community spaces that build curiosity, confidence, and a real connection to the world around them.

I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience has been here. Initially, we enrolled my son for 3 days a week, but he was enjoying himself so much—and missing his educators and friends on the off days—that we decided to make the switch to 5 days!

The staff create such a warm, safe, and engaging environment. Seeing him so happy and excited to go every morning gives us total peace of mind. Thank you to the incredible team for taking such wonderful care of him!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've had such a wonderful experience at Future Leaders Academy. Our 3-year-old daughter absolutely loves going each day, which gives us so much confidence as parents. The educators are kind, caring, and genuinely invested in the children's development and wellbeing.

We've seen our daughter grow in confidence, independence, and social skills since she started. She comes home excited to tell us about the fun activities, friendships she's made, and all the new things she's learned.

The centre is always welcoming, clean, and well-organised, and communication with families is excellent. It's clear that the staff create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels valued.

We're so grateful for the care and support they've given our daughter and would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring and professional childcare service.

My 2 yo has been attending Future Leaders for the past couple of months now- he’s a lot more confident and communicative since starting. Would highly recommend to any parent thinking of enrolling- the staff are all incredibly friendly and professional, and there are always a range of activities on for the kids in addition to their curriculum.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been with Future Leaders Academy since its commencement, and it has been a fantastic experience. The in-depth guided tour at the start gave us the confidence to enrol our child.
The staff are incredibly warm, professional, and clearly dedicated to the children. We truly value their regular updates and photos regarding the children’s activities and development. Our child is showing great progress in their development, and is always excited to see staff and friends.
The facility is clean, safe, and offers a wonderful balance of structured learning and creative play. And of course we can’t forget the free catering they offer to parents. I would highly recommend this childcare to any family looking for a reliable, supportive and nurturing environment.
